Ligonier Baptist Church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, and fully embraces the “Doctrines of Grace”. It is our desire to see people in our community totally experiencing Jesus Christ in their lives as their personal Lord and Savior.

We anticipate being in God’s presence by placing great worth on who He is as Creator, who Christ is as Lord and Savior, and who the Holy Spirit is as Counselor. We enthusiastically believe that accurate biblical teaching is necessary to under gird Christian experiences and worship. Sadly, many churches today have turned, instead, to a “feel-good message” and an “entertainment-oriented” worship; and in the process, the clear teaching of the Bible has been neglected.

Being convinced of the value of knowing God through His word and prayer, we the people of Ligonier Baptist Church regularly gather around the Bible to learn more about Jesus Christ and how we may live better to serve and worship Him. We want God’s word to prevail in our worship, prayer, preaching, teaching, evangelism, fellowship, ministries, and personal lives. In this way, we may better bring honor to Him.

Our worship style is best described as “blended” – singing a mixture of contemporary praise choruses and traditional hymns. Whether you are skeptical about Jesus Christ or have known and loved Him for many years, Ligonier Baptist Church wholeheartedly welcomes you.
